Standard export specs run 99% purity and above, minimal broken and foreign matter within contract tolerance, and moisture around 12–14%. Sortex sorting removes discoloured and defective seeds.

Season & Availability
Lentils are cleaned, processed and warehoused for shipment twelve months a year. Demand spikes ahead of Ramadan and the winter soup season, so buyers on annual programs typically fix quantities early and call off shipments monthly.
