Varieties and grades
The main export varieties are Fortuna, Festival and Sensation, grown across Beheira, Ismailia and the reclaimed desert farms. Fruit is individually quick frozen within hours of picking to keep the berries free-flowing rather than clumped. We grade to Grade A whole, Grade B, and calibrated whole with size bands such as 15 to 25 mm, 25 to 35 mm and 35 mm plus. Sliced, diced and crumble grades are prepared for processors and dairy buyers, and we can hold to a stated Brix band for buyers who need consistent sweetness in their line.
Pack formats
Retail packing runs in 400 g and 1 kg polybags, cartoned in 10 kg cases. Industrial buyers take 10 kg or 20 kg bulk polyliners in carton for repacking or direct processing. We label to private specification, print production and best-before dates with lot codes, and prepare bags to a buyer artwork where a retail program needs it. Mixed-load options

Certification and quality
Our frozen program runs under GLOBALG.A.P at farm level and BRC at the processing facility, with HACCP controls through the line. Third-party inspection is arranged on request. Product ships from Alexandria and Damietta with reefers pre-cooled before stuffing and monitored in transit.
