Carrots are supplied as cubes or sliced coins, beans as cuts. Grade A product means uniform sizing, bright natural colour and free-flowing IQF pieces with minimal frost. Blend percentages are set to your specification and held consistent lot to lot.

Peas and carrots are frozen in Egypt’s winter months, green beans across autumn and spring flushes, and corn in summer — so component stocks refresh through the year. Blending from cold store means year-round supply of finished mixes, with contract pricing available for 6–12 month retail programs.

Mixes ship in 40ft high-cube reefers set at -18°C from Alexandria, Damietta, Sokhna or Port Said. Regular lanes serve the Gulf, Europe, Asia and Africa. A single reefer can carry several SKUs — different blends, pack sizes or even entirely different frozen products — so importers can trial new lines without committing a full container to each.

Components are grown on GLOBALG.A.P-certified partner farms and processed in HACCP and ISO-certified freezing plants, with BRC-certified facilities for retail-destined product.
